Delete your BeepKeep account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open BeepKeep and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email bulvelabs@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll do it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account, appliances, maintenance tasks and history, supplies, settings and all your photos (including any kept for beta testing).

Kept without anything linking them to you: ratings and reasons you gave as feedback (your written comments are deleted), and records of AI usage, so our cost totals stay correct. See the privacy policy.
